First Order With Makeup Revolution

I've been wanting to buy off Makeup Revolution for ages and I've heard so many people talking about it on Twitter and on beauty blogs! I only ordered two things for starters because I wanted to see if I liked their stuff myself before I ordered all the things I actually want from their website
First off if you've not heard of makeup revolution you need to go on their website
www.makeuprevolutionstore.com/
They are a UK based company that offer affordable cruel free makeup at seriously low prices
Their eyeshadow palettes are the most popular product on their site and are meant to be highly pigmented and last for ages on the eye
I haven't gone for an eyeshadow palette this time I bought another of their most popular products the Vivid Baked Highlighter
I bought this in Gold Lights they have two other highlighters in this range Pink Lights and Peach Lights
They are £3 each which is €4.23
I think that's a great price for what you get
The highlighter is a good size it's exactly the size of the Palm of my hand, the packaging is really sturdy and looks really pretty, ya can't go wrong with black and gold which is another reason I really wanted to buy from them
It seems well pigmented on the skin I haven't tried it out on my face yet as I only got it today but I've seen other reviews and they have all raved about this highlighter I do think with my skin tone I should have maybe gone with the peach and not the gold but at €4.23 I can definitely afford to purchase the peach aswell
The second thing I bought was one of their lipsticks
I have taken a slight obsession with lipstick lately, the darker the better!
This is in the shade Rebel With Cause
It's a nice dark purple shade which is what I wanted
It also smells really nice I hate that overly lipsticky smell you get with a lot of the dearer brands like Mac but this is nice
It cost £1 which is €1.45
€1.45 for a lipstick I will definitely be purchasing more colours, if you see on the website they have crazy colours like green, yellow and blue I don't know if I'm brave enough to wear them yet but they would look nice in my kit 😄
This give a nice dark pigmented colour and is lovely and buttery
The two things cost me €5.64 and the postage was €6.98 which was a little expensive compared to some of the other UK companies I order off but if you are ordering a lot of things it wouldn't be so bad
I ordered on the 22/3/15 and it arrived today which is the 30/3/15
This weekend was their 1st birthday and they were offering a free gift worth £25 if you spent £25 which I am sickened I didn't see before I ordered!
I would recommend Makeup Revolution for any makeup lover and I'll definitely be ordering more off them
😍

Seventeen Instant Glow Shimmer Brick

Hi ladies, I haven't done a post in a long time if you have read my previous post you will know why
Today I wanted to post about the Seventeen bronzer I got for Christmas
I have been using this almost every day as you can see from the picture
I absolutely love it it gives such nice shimmer, you can use it as a whole brick, sweeping it across your cheekbones or as separate colours
The pigment is amazing, I use the first colour as a highlight down the centre of my nose, under my arch and on top of my cheekbones
You can also use the separate colours as eyeshadow and they last really well
It's very similar to the Bobbi Brown shimmer brick I've seen splashed all over Instagram
This little palette can be bought in any boots chemist/pharmacy for €6.29
(Right now it's buy one get one half price on any selected 17 products)
Or you can purchase online at www.boots.ie/seventeen
These colour bricks come in two shades, Pink Bronze and the one I have which is Gold Bronze
:) 💖
